Get a free, written siding estimate.

One visit, one clear document: what is wrong, what we recommend, and exactly what is included — and excluded — from the price.

How we work

From first call to final walk-through.

Seven steps, no surprises. You always know what happens next and what you get from it.

  1. You reach out

Call or send the estimate form. We reply within one business day to set a time that suits you.

You get: A visit time that works for you

  2. We inspect the walls

We walk every side of the house and check siding, trim, flashing, clearances and signs of moisture — and photograph what we find.

You get: Photos of the problem areas

  3. Written, itemized estimate

Material and product line, housewrap and flashing, trim, paint, disposal and what is not included — each priced separately.

You get: A scope you can compare line by line

  4. Choices and scheduling

You pick the material, profile and color. For insurance claims we share the scope with your adjuster. We confirm any permits and a start date.

You get: A signed agreement and a start date

  5. Tear-off and wall check

The old siding comes off. If we find hidden damage, we stop, show you photos and price the repair before continuing.

    You get: No surprise charges

  6. Installation

Weather barrier, flashing, siding, trim and paint go on in the right order, and the site is kept clean as we go.

You get: A finished, watertight exterior

  7. Final walk-through

We walk the house with you, fix anything on the punch list and hand over the product, color and warranty details.

You get: Records for future repairs and claims

Comparing bids

What to compare — and what you get with us.

Put any two siding bids side by side. These are the lines that separate a careful job from an expensive lesson.

What to compare With us Red flag in other bids
The estimate Written and itemized: material, weather barrier, flashing, trim, paint, disposal and exclusions, each priced separately. One lump-sum number, or a price given only verbally.
Before the price We walk every wall and photograph what we find before we price anything. A price quoted without anyone looking at the walls.
Hidden damage If we find rot behind the old siding, we stop, show you photos and price the repair before continuing. “We’ll see when we open it up,” with no agreed way to price it.
Insurance deductible We never offer to pay or waive it — that is illegal in Texas. An offer to “cover” or “eat” your deductible.
Decision time We reply within one business day and give you the scope to review calmly. Pressure to sign today, or a price that is only good “right now”.
When the job is done A final walk-through, punch-list fixes and a record of products and colors used. The crew leaves with no final check and no paperwork.

Before you sign with any siding contractor

  • Texas has no state license for siding or general contractors — ask which city registrations and permits apply to your job, and who pulls them.
  • Ask for a certificate of general liability insurance and call the insurer to confirm the policy is active.
  • Workers’ compensation is optional for most private employers in Texas — ask whether the crew is covered and how an injury on your property would be handled.
  • Get the workmanship warranty in writing: what it covers, for how long and what would void it.
  • Manufacturer warranties can depend on correct installation — ask whether the installer is certified by the siding manufacturer and check it on the manufacturer’s website.
  • Never pay the full price up front, and walk away from anyone who offers to cover your insurance deductible — that is illegal in Texas.

Before the visit

What to expect.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

It helps. Walking the exterior together lets you point out the spots you have noticed, and we can answer questions on the spot.

What will the written estimate include?

The material and product line, the areas covered, housewrap and flashing details, trim and paint work, disposal, and a list of what is not included — so it can be compared with other bids.

Can you work with my insurance claim?

Yes. We document the damage with photos and a line-item scope you can share with your adjuster. We will not offer to waive or pay your deductible — that is illegal in Texas.

What should I have ready for the estimate?

Anything that helps us see the history of the house: photos of damage with dates, the storm date if there was one, your claim number if you have filed, leftover siding or paint labels, and a list of the spots you have noticed — leaks, soft boards, peeling paint.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Within one business day of your request, to set a time for the visit.
